System Administrator Training
After our software is installed, the relevant technical personnel provide training on the system.
After the installation of the software, we provide practical end-user training on the date to be determined mutually.
Within the scope of technical support; phone, e-mail, remote connection and database support. We also do all kinds of bug fixes and software version updates. In case of emergency, we respond within 12 hours at the latest.
Updates and Customizations
We provide software version updates free of charge within the scope of technical support. We also charge customizations that you want to be made in the program.
We ensure the confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of ISO 27001 and the Personal Data Protection Act.
